Returns, Exchange and Refund Policy
At Pearlish, every bag is carefully handcrafted and goes through a detailed quality check before shipping to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
As our products are made after receiving the order, we currently do not offer returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.
Each Pearlish piece is crafted with attention to detail using delicate materials such as pearls, crystals, and rhinestones, making every bag unique.
However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. Our team will review the request and assist you accordingly.
We request customers to carefully review product descriptions and images before placing an order.
Cancellation Policy
In case you wish to cancel the order, you can drop an e-mail at support@thepearlish.com with your order number. We can cancel your order and refund the amount only if the order has not been already dispatched.
Cancellation before Shipment
If a customer cancels their order prior to shipment, there shall be no cancellation fee imposed.
In the event of a cancellation, the customer shall receive a full refund of any amounts paid within 4-5 business days, without any additional charges, provided that such refund shall be made to the original method of payment only.
To prevent abuse of cancellation policy - If a customer cancels their prepaid order for more than one consecutive time, the refund shall be offered in the form of store credit only.
Cancellation after Shipment
If a customer requests a cancellation after the order has been shipped or handed over to the courier, a flat fee of ₹800 will be deducted from the original payment method to cover handling, packaging, and courier charges.
Procedure for Cancellation Request
Customers may request a cancellation by contacting us through the “WhatsApp” chat available on the home page, by emailing us at support@thepearlish.com, or by calling the number listed on the Contact Us page.
The customer shall submit the cancellation request in the prescribed format as described on the website.
Refund Policy
For Prepaid Orders
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of electronic payment
(for pre-paid orders only. The refund amount shall appear in your bank statement within 10-15 days, depending on your bank or card issuer's policies. Please note that a return charge of Rs. 500 shall be deducted from the invoice amount as shipment processing in case a pre-paid order is returned without acceptance from the customer.
For orders that were placed using Cash on Delivery Method
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund in the form of coupon code or store credit which shall be valid for up to 1 year from the date of issue. For security reasons you are requested not to disclose any bank information to any representative over phone, message or email.
Treatment of Discounts
Any discount availed with the use of Coupon Code while placing the order shall be deducted from the refund amount in totality.
